Kos brings over 10 years of professional experience in the banking sector, having held various assignments globally across corporate banking relationship management (Tokyo), credit planning (London) and strategic planning (Amsterdam).
He was seconded from MUFG to Mars Growth Capital in August 2022, where he worked as an Investment Manager and also led the establishment of the Mars Europe Fund, before moving to his current role as the Head of Operations at Mars Equity in March 2024.
