Ridhi serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Mars Equity where she leads the Investment Team and oversees investment related activities.
Ridhi has over a decade of equity investing experience in private markets. She previously spent 9 years at Goldman Sachs in its Asset Management team across Singapore, India and US where she led growth and private equity investments in sectors including technology, healthcare and sustainability. At Goldman Sachs she managed a portfolio of over USD 2bn and served on the Boards of several portfolio companies. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Ridhi was at GIC where she was responsible for direct equity investments in India. She started her professional career as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group.
Ridhi received a Bachelor in Technology in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi along with Director's Award for Academic Excellence.
